ISO Certifications
We don’t just follow the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) procedures. We’re officially ISO-certified, which is a higher level of accountability and credibility. Certification means undergoing an independent, third-party audit to verify compliance with ISO standards, which serves as an official benchmark of performance, safety and reliability.
NMMA-Certified Fuel Tanks
All AB console models use fuel tanks that are pressure-tested in accordance with the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) regulations and American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) standards, and designed to meet ISO 10088 specifications.
Electrical & Fuel Systems
All electrical and fuel systems used in AB Inflatables are designed to the standards of the ABYC, the marine industry’s premier global standards organization and a leader in technical education and technician certification.
3-Stage Tube Testing
All of our tubes undergo a 3-stage test to guarantee quality and durability. First, baffles of the same tube are deflated between inflated baffles to check if air is passing from one to the other. Next, we use liquids to identify any surface leaks. And third, each baffle is pressure-tested over 24 hours to ensure consistent performance. All our tubes are 100% built in-house with Orca® CSM Fabric from Pennel & Flippo.
